Unlike its predecessor, this rendition features a unique design that seems to take inspiration from the multiverse itself, with fragmented construction that gives the impression of a shoe thrown through a rift in space and time.
From suede to leather and back again, the paneling is distressed and given a patina-like treatment, while the Swoosh has a subtle iridescent finish. The eye-stays and ankle flaps offer a graphic look that is reminiscent of the pages of a comic book. Official images of the “Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse” x Air Jordan 1 have been unveiled, and the shoes are set to drop on Nike SNKRS on May 20th, just a few weeks before the movie’s release.
